There was a need to facilitate the refurbishment of six Barfoot & Thompson real estate offices across greater Auckland.

Each branch required full or partial strip-outs and iDemo was contracted to complete these by CDM Limited. The interior demolition would occur before each refurbishment. These took place between August 2020 and March 2021.

– Action We Undertook

The strip outs took place in multiple locations, including, Keri Keri, Manukau, West Harbour, Titirangi, Beach Haven & Howick. Three of the iDemo work team stayed three nights in Keri Keri to deconstruct the local Barfoot & Thompson office.  

iDemo swiftly and efficiently set about removing everything from the reception desk to ceiling tiles and carpet.

Salvageable materials were carefully disassembled and donated to All Heart NZ charitable trust.
