The former Brass Boxer Sports Bar in Three Kings needed a full strip-out in preparation for its conversion into a City Fitness Gym.
This job took place between November & December 2020. iDemo was contracted to complete the strip out back to bare framing, by the main contractor Cemac Commercial Interiors.
– Action We Undertook
This was a complex strip out with many layers to the job and multiple levels within the building.
iDemo set about assigning a 5 – 10person crew to the relatively heavy interior strip out, due to the commercial bar and kitchen elements.
The team set about systematically removing:
- Commercial kitchen and bar equipment and joinery
- Chill rooms and commercial fridges
- Fire hearth and shelving
- Electrical cabling
- Exterior signage and canopy
- Floors, ceilings, walls, doors, glazing
– Completion & Results
All demolished materials were quickly and efficiently removed from the site and space was left clear and ready for its redesign. The new tenants were thrilled with their new gym and the efficient, professional process involved in completing it.
